In 2020 as the world shut down my team had to quickly find methods to collaborate with the rest of the organization and continue the innovative work we were doing in person. I detailed the process in a blog post for Airspace released just weeks into the pandemic.
Today we've iterated on many of the techniques and Miro has often become our preference even when in-person work is possible. As a design leader it's rare we're in a position where everything will go according to plan, so maintaining flexibility and solving not just user problems, but organizational problems is of the utmost importance.
