As product and design leaders, we often find ourselves facing situations where the right answer is not immediately apparent. Embracing this reality, we must confront the likelihood of failure. This can be particularly challenging for newer designers who strive for perfection. In light of this, I shared part of my own design philosophy, drawing parallels with the process of learning to surf. By openly sharing and acknowledging our failures, I firmly believe that teams can accelerate their learning and craft superior user experiences.
